At FRAMAR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional beauty tools. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused products in their original boxes to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
